La Traviata
Violetta | Final year | Project three
Violetta's opera gown was my personal project as part of my final degree. Â It's design was inspired by gowns from various productions of La Traviata worldwide. Working to a tight deadline, I designed and constructed this gown using a wide range of fabrics and techniques, including flat pattern drafting and draping. The underpinnings are all historically accurate.
